The Chancenkarte (Opportunity Card) is issued to individuals based on their qualifications and points, but it does not automatically include family members in the application. However, under EU Family Reunification Laws (Section 27-36 of the German Residence Act - Aufenthaltsgesetz), dependent children are allowed to join their parents in Germany once the primary applicant (you or your spouse) secures a residence permit through the Chancenkarte. This means that while you apply for your Chancenkarte individually, you can later bring your dependent children by fulfilling the family reunification requirements, such as proof of parentage, adequate financial support and health insurance.
