Last week we revealed how Sendoso is using Clay as part of our outbound strategy in our webinar on Scaling Outbound. As part of that webinar, I showed how some of the inspiration behind our SmartSend feature came from how our own marketing team was using Clay for personalized gifting. Now we're approaching full circle and building personalized gift enrichment capability with our API and using Sendoso's personalized suggestion engine. We're still building, but we have meaningful progress and I'm curious to hear if anyone has any ideas for improvement or how they'd use something similar. #ScaledOutbound

Just two weeks ago, I found myself in the hot seat during a demo with Poula (James Wolanski, CFA’s wife one of our amazing investors). A customer threw down the gauntlet, challenging me on the spot—talk about pressure! With a sly smile he questioned the health claims of our tasty Smoothie-On-A-Stick™️ aka NanaPops. But guess what? I jumped right over that challenge like a pro! After explaining how nutritious and delicious our treats truly are, I saw that smile turn into genuine interest. Here’s the kicker: This particular customer is a Longo's guest who won’t buy anything unless it’s got a stellar rating on Yuka and I'm proud to say that NanaPops scores a rating of 75-90— Excellent! The outcome: • He followed us on social media (yay!) • He bought not one, not two, but THREE boxes of NanaPops! • He even shared our packaging with his dad groups—talk about word of mouth! What’s really fun is realizing that the #YUKA app isn’t just a mom's best friend; dads are getting in on the action too! We’re more than excited; we’re shaking up the ice cream category, one tasty #NanaPop at a time!
