⚡ With trillions of Euros at stake in the race for a green transition (vast part of which will be spent on renovations of buildings) now is the time for opportunity. It was a privilege to speak on this subject at yesterday’s GGI Real Estate Group webinar. We explored current EU regulations and the significant capital likely to flow into real estate’s green transformation. It was fascinating hearing both the European and US perspective. Will there be global buy-in? Will we take advantage of this great chance to implement ESG initiative?
