**5 Years in France: A Journey of Struggles, Hope, and Growth** In 2019, I arrived in France with nothing but a suitcase full of dreams and not a single word of French. I came to pursue a Master’s in Supply Chain and Lean Management, but life had other plans. The pandemic hit, and everything changed. From battling the isolation of lockdowns to struggling with language barriers, and spending months searching for a job that seemed out of reach, I faced moments of doubt and frustration. I worked part-time in restaurants just to make ends meet, all while holding on to the hope that something better was around the corner. But through every challenge, I learned. I learned to trust the process, to adapt, and to keep pushing forward, no matter how hard it got. And after what felt like an endless struggle, I finally found my place at umlaut company/Accenture. This milestone isn’t just about professional success – it’s a reminder that no matter how tough the journey, perseverance pays off.
