Dear Founders/Managers, I can’t believe this needs to be said but: YOUR WORDS CARRY WEIGHT! The way we communicate can build our teams up or break them down. A single comment, made in frustration or haste, can impact morale and damage trust. Mistakes in decision-making or strategy can be corrected. But the impact of what we say, especially when it’s hurtful or careless, can’t be undone. In leadership, it’s crucial to pause, reflect, and choose our words wisely.
