This video sparked some flames on my YouTube and TikTok. Navigating dining options as a Muslim can be challenging, especially when halal choices are limited. While it's always best to support and eat at Muslim-owned, halal-certified restaurants, I understand that sometimes we find ourselves in situations with limited options. In these rare cases, here are key points to consider: 1. Prioritize Muslim-owned establishments whenever possible 2. If no halal options are available, carefully review menu ingredients 3. Be aware of cross-contamination risks 4. Remember, intention matters, but caution is crucial The video emphasizes the importance of supporting our community and maintaining our dietary principles while offering guidance for those rare, unavoidable situations. How do you handle dining out challenges? #halal #halalfood #halalrestaurant #food #snacks #halalsnack #islam #muslim #muslimentrepreneur

The Nigerian Food Boom: Bringing Bold Flavours and Vibrant Colours to UK Dining… Have you ever tried fufu, efo riro, or moi moi? If not, now's the time to explore the exciting world of Nigerian cuisine, which is rapidly making its mark in the UK. From high street restaurants to supermarket shelves, Nigerian dishes like Gizdodo, Efo Riro, and Ayamase are becoming mainstream, thanks to their vivid colours, bold flavours, and rich cultural heritage. The UK is seeing a surge in Nigerian fine dining, with the market expected to grow from $10bn in 2024 to $17bn by 2029. And it’s not just the restaurants driving this boom. Nigerian food is gaining a fanbase through viral TikTok trends, celebrity endorsements (Hugh Jackman, anyone?), and Michelin-star recognition. In fact, chef Adejoké Bakare made history this year by becoming the first Black female chef in the UK to receive a Michelin star, highlighting the growing appreciation for Nigerian gastronomy. This rise reflects more than just changing palates; it’s a celebration of culture. Food has always been a gateway to discovering different communities, and as the popularity of Nigerian music, art, and culture continues to grow, so too does the appetite for its food. With over 270,000 Nigerians in England and Wales, the cuisine is not just a trend but a meaningful representation of a vibrant community. Could dishes like jollof rice and suya become as iconic in the UK as tikka masala or chow mein? The signs are certainly there. Whether you’re a foodie, a cultural explorer, or just someone looking for your next culinary adventure, don’t miss out on experiencing the magic of Nigerian cuisine. https://lnkd.in/eU4syyFd #food #hospitality #future

I went for a lovely breakfast, but what followed was entirely unexpected. Because while the food was good… The service was outstanding! I always wonder what's most important in a restaurant: → The food? → Or the service? Have you ever thought about the same? 💭 I've been to places where the food was delicious… But the service was terrible! And I've also experienced quite the opposite: Average food but with outstanding service. If I had to choose between them, I know my answer. I would always go for service over food. ALWAYS. The reason? It's very simple. An excellent service will: ↳ Build loyalty and love towards your brand. ↳ Make your business stand out from the rest. ↳ Create a memorable experience for your customers. What about you? I can't wait to read your thoughts. #food #dubai #hospitality #restaurants #customerservice
