I really enjoyed discussing the outlook for the commercial real estate market earlier this week at #Property24 The National Property Summit & Awards with my fellow panelists Arlene Maguire and John McCartney covering the retail, office and living sectors. It really is heartening to see the resilient #retail sector visibly strengthening after a difficult recent few years. While vacancy in the #office market in Dublin is still elevated, I think the future office pipeline looks low relative to long term average take-up levels which should support a tighter market outlook over the medium term.
