🌟 The Significance of Dussehra in Today's Work-Life Scenario 🌟 As we celebrate Dussehra, a festival symbolizing the triumph of good over evil, it offers valuable lessons for today’s work-life scenario. Whether it's overcoming challenges, managing stress, or seeking balance, Dussehra reminds us that with perseverance and the right mindset, we can achieve victory in both our personal and professional lives. In the fast-paced world of deadlines, targets, and responsibilities, Dussehra encourages us to: 1. Reflect : on our actions and decisions, understanding that success often comes from resilience and growth. 2. Renew : our goals and strategies, much like the new beginnings Dussehra signifies. 3. Celebrate : teamwork and collaboration, as every victory is a collective effort. This festival also reminds us of the importance of self-care and finding balance in the face of pressure. Let’s take a moment to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate, fostering positivity and focus as we move forward. 💪✨ Wishing everyone a happy and prosperous Dussehra! #Dussehra2024 #WorkLifeBalance #Leadership #Teamwork #Resilience #Selfcare

Modern life pulls us in so many directions, demanding our attention and energy, especially during the holidays. The external pressures to be constantly active and engaged can feel incongruent with the deeper need for rest and introspection. It's a delicate balance to strike, and one that requires conscious effort to navigate. We invite you to share in the comments. What are your favorite year-end traditions? #HolidayBalance #IntentionalLiving #Leader Reflection #SelfReflection

When we come together with a common purpose and engage in collective action, we not only experience growth but also flourish. Celebrations such as birthdays, training programs, festivals, and meetings serve to strengthen our bond as we pursue common goals. Importantly, we accomplish this while remaining steadfast in our commitment to our culture and values. #Ecoren #teamculture #teamwork #celebration #happiness #growth #goals #development #values #collaboration

Many people are struggling with feeling hopeful right now. I know what that feels like. That’s why I am sharing my TEDx talk from last year. 11 years ago my husband caught a cold that developed into a flu. Ten days later, he was gone. I felt hopeless. We all experience challenges and losses to different degrees and at different times. It may come from the end of a special relationship or meaningful job, or displacement from your country, or not getting an important result you wanted. There are many reasons and sources. These losses can impact our identities, pushing us to reevaluate our life's meaning. When it happened to me, I struggled with the pain of losing my partner and best friend, and with the anxiety of the unknown. I chose not to focus on how unfair it was, instead I reached out for hope. I made a hopeful decision: find happiness. Even though I didn’t know how, I chose happiness because I knew that I had to get well so that my children would also be well. (In my talk I explain my definition of happiness, it may not be what you think.) It was not easy. Feeling the feelings associated with what happened was very hard. Seeing my children suffer was even harder. Yet I knew that I had to feel the pain in order to heal. I’ve since learned that what I experienced was post traumatic growth, and feeling your feelings is the first part. I “accidentally” became happier through rewiring my brain and taking actions every day to reinforce habits that improved my wellbeing. When I learned that there are frameworks and a science behind becoming happier, I decided to dedicate my life to promoting wellbeing at scale, founding WOHASU to deliver the World Happiness Summit. I reinvented myself and became a social entrepreneur, something completely unexpected. Today, I continue my commitment to expanding the science of happiness and building a community of like-minded people to help drive positive change at work, in schools and communities. I hope you enjoy my talk and share it with anyone who might benefit. Watch here: https://rb.gy/v523ac #IChooseHappiness

🌟 **My Silver Jubilee** 🌟 As I celebrate my Silver Jubilee, I reflect on the milestones I've reached and the invaluable lessons learned along the way. Leading regional and international teams has not only facilitated my professional growth but also reinforced my commitment to being a better human, colleague, and leader. One quote that resonates deeply with me is: *"Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful."* In our rapidly evolving industry, staying adaptable and open-minded is crucial. I’d love to hear your thoughts on how working conditions have changed in our field. What shifts have you noticed, and how do you think they impact our work-life balance and overall job satisfaction? Let’s share insights and support each other on our journeys! 💬 #PersonalAchievements #IndustryInsights #WorkLifeBalance

As Navratri begins, so does the feeling of celebration in the air. For me, Navratri is a time to honor the feminine energy, where we come together as a community, and let our inner child experience joy. It’s about nurturing, love, and being surrounded by positive, happy faces. Two ways celebrations like Navratri help in the corporate world: 1. Boosting Team Spirit: Celebrating together fosters stronger bonds within teams, enhancing collaboration, communication, and overall morale at work. 2. Improving Well-Being: Taking time to celebrate helps reduce stress and recharge energy, leading to better focus, productivity, and a more positive mindset when returning to work. As we embrace this festive season, I invite you to explore personal growth through one-on-one coaching with me. Let’s work together to unlock your potential and celebrate the shifts in your life! Wishing my amazing community a happy start to the festivities—honoring the personal and professional growth within you!

When was the last time you felt that sense of wonder? You know, that feeling of pure amazement and surprise at something beautiful, unexpected, or just inexplicable. As kids, wonder seems to be a constant companion, but as adults, it takes a bit more effort to embrace it in our day-to-day lives. I recently took a trip to the West Coast and the breathtaking scenery really brought that feeling back. The towering trees, crashing waves, and majestic mountains were awe-inspiring. I even had a little moment captured by my daughter among the trees! Going on vacation is always a challenge, but having a supportive team makes all the difference. Coming back can be hard! How do you keep that sense of wonder alive after a trip? Here are a few things that work for me: 🏄♀️ Embracing curiosity and staying open to new experiences. 🌲 Exploring my local surroundings, immersing myself in nature and outdoor activities. 🎆 Seeking out diverse perspectives through community events and trying new things. 📚 Continuing to learn and grow through books, courses, and workshops. 🧘♀️ Practicing mindfulness and being fully present in the moment, just like when I'm travelling. My heart is full, even if my inbox is too, but it's all worth it! Wishing you a chance to recharge and experience wonder this summer! #wellbeing #newperspectives #leadership
