This Mental Health Awareness Week, let's remember that self-care extends beyond bubble baths and yoga sessions. It's about cultivating environments that nurture our mental, emotional, and physical health. And we're honoured to play a part in that journey. If you or someone you know could benefit from our services, please don't hesitate to reach out. Today is World Mental Health Day Today, we honor World Mental Health Day—a vital reminder to prioritize our well-being. At Olympus Property, the mental health and overall well-being of our team members are our top priorities. In celebration of this important day, we would like to highlight the Olympus Empowers program, designed with every Olympian in mind. Our mission is to support all team members on their wellness journeys, focusing on both mental and physical health. We want each Olympian to feel empowered to set personal goals, achieve milestones, and celebrate their successes. We are committed to breaking the stigma around mental health and fostering open dialogue. To enhance your mental clarity, consider these practical tips: practice self-care, engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily, ensure you’re getting enough sleep, participate in our meditation challenges, connect with others in small community groups, join our quarterly bookworm challenges, and make time for activities that bring you joy. We encourage everyone to prioritize their mental health by engaging in these initiatives, utilizing our virtual tools and counseling services, and assist in creating welcoming environments. Remember, you’re not alone—support is always available. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health! 💚 #OlympusProperty #OlympusEmpowers #OlympusFamily #YourHomeOurPassion #TopEmployer #TopEmployersNAA #MakingaDifference #BestPlacesToWork #MentalHealthDay #MentalHealthAppreciation #MentalHealthMatters #YouAreNotAlone #SupportMentalHealth

Each year, on the 10th October, we observe World Mental Health Day to raise awareness of mental health challenges and to mobilise efforts in support of emotional wellbeing. It’s essential to acknowledge that emotional wellness is just as important as physical health, and reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Unfortunately, the stigma around psychological struggles often prevents people from seeking the support they need, but it's crucial to overcome this and foster a culture of openness and understanding. At Igne, we are dedicated to raising awareness and offering assistance to those in need. Our mental health champions are here to support colleagues, friends, and family members who may be facing emotional difficulties or stress. To everyone within our Igne family, particularly this week, as we mourn the loss of our friend and colleague Jaymie, if you are ever feeling overwhelmed or struggling with your emotional health, please remember you are truly not alone. As well as our mental health champions, who are available to you any time, there are many resources and support systems available. Whether it’s talking to a trusted friend or family member, seeking therapy or counselling, or connecting with a professional, taking that first step to seek help is the beginning of recovery and healing. Remember, no one should face these challenges in isolation. There is always hope for a better tomorrow. Reach out, seek support, and prioritise your emotional wellbeing. Together, we can create an environment where mental and emotional health is valued and fully supported. Mental Health Awareness Week is here, reminding us of the crucial importance of caring for our mental well-being. This year's theme, "movement," highlights the profound impact physical activity has on our mental health. It's not just about staying active, it's about acknowledging how movement can positively influence our mood, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. In a world where the pace of life seems to accelerate endlessly, taking time to move our bodies can be a powerful form of self-care. Whether it's a brisk walk in nature, a yoga session, or a dance class, movement allows us to connect with ourselves, release tension, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. But beyond the individual benefits, Mental Health Awareness Week encourages us to recognise the collective impact of supporting mental health initiatives. By coming together to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote understanding, we create a culture where everyone feels valued and supported in their journey toward mental wellness. So, let's wear green on Thursday, May 16th, to symbolise our commitment to mental health advocacy. Let's spark conversations, share resources, and amplify the message that mental health matters. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that everyone has access to the support and resources they need to thrive. 💚 #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #WearItGreen #MovementForMentalHealth #Miltonkeynes #MentalHealth

May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, which aims to raise awareness and communicate that mental health is essential to our physical and emotional wellbeing. It's no secret that as bodyworkers, our dedication to nurturing others often comes at the expense of our own well-being. But this month, let's make a collective commitment to prioritize self-care. As we strive to cultivate holistic well-being, it's essential to recognize that mental health is an integral part of the equation. Join us for a special Happy Hour & Fellowship dedicated to celebrating our commitment to mental health support. This isn't just a networking event; it's a chance for us to come together, share experiences, and explore how we can better integrate mental wellness practices into our lives. It is a space for us to pause, reflect, and recharge our own batteries. Whether you're a massage therapist, reflexologist, acupuncturist, or any other bodyworker, your presence, dedication and perspective are deeply valued. Let's come together to honor ourselves, celebrate our resilience, create a supportive community where we uplift each other and champion mental health for ourselves and those we serve. Message now to reserve your spot and be part of this empowering conversation! Together, let's pave the way for a future where mental health is prioritized in every aspect of holistic care. When we prioritize our mental health, we not only enhance our own lives but also elevate the care we provide to others. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #BodyWorkers #MentalHealth #MentalWellness #SelfCare #ComplementaryMedicine

Mental Health Awareness Week: #MomentsForMovement This year’s theme highlights the power of regular movement in protecting our mental health. Our bodies and minds are connected, and physical activity can: - Release "feel good" hormones, reducing stress and anger - Improve our body image and self-esteem - Enhance sleep quality - Boost mental health through social connections in team activities or group classes Despite these benefits, many of us struggle to move enough.
