Hi 4 followers and Everyone, First of all congrats to all on 3 years of incorporation of the company. We TSSIND Industries Pvt. Ltd., have completed 3 years of journey in the electrical vehicle market. These are the lessons we have learned and these are as follows: 1) Work with passion: #Work with passion is the most important thing, the #work which a person as a team member of a #team or a #company should be of his likings. If the work is not of his/her choice then there is no #good to the #team and to the #person at large. This would contribute to the persons deteriorating #mental status and would lead to #bad #mental #health. 2) Be #customer centric: #Work of a worker whether he/she belongs to whichever department should have been centered around the #customer. The work or a #project which, is not centered around the customer is of no use and would lead to the loss of #company #resources, #energy, #money, and #time. 3) To build a #product for good for #community: The #product which, is being built should add #value whether it's in terms of #cash and #usage. If a #company succeeds in making this thing #reality, then there is no looking back and the #profits, the #customer base of the company is secure.

It was a great opportunity to attend the Ongoing panel discussions to develop an inclusive Electric Vehicle (EV) roadmap in-line with the Government of India’s vision of Viksit Bharat. Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California, Davis organized a closed-group consultation on the roadmap to the electrification of #trucks in collaboration with ICCT India India. This is part of the e-truck taskforce instituted by the Ministry Of Heavy Industries and marks the third workshop in the #electrictruck series, chaired by Dr. Hanif Qureshi, IPS . This marks a significant step taken by the #MHI towards decarbonising transport sector.
