☕✨ Hot Chocolate & Big Ideas ✨☕ Today’s inspiration? A chat over hot chocolate and a goat cheese panini with a Section 12 mental health consultant. We discussed a topic that’s about to shape my next research journey: Collaborative Best Interests Framework. Complex care decisions aren’t black and white—they require insights from nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, and Best Interest Assessors. My research will explore how this collaboration can make ethical decision-making clearer, smarter, and more compassionate. 🤝 Ready to learn. Ready to innovate. Ready to redefine care. #CareRevolution #EthicalCare #CollaborationMatters #ResearchInAction

Personal Storytelling for Business | Leadership Development | Sales Training | Team Alignment | Onboarding | Employee Engagement | Knowledge Transfer
We are now officially in mental health awareness month. For us at Narativ Inc it's been a time to reflect on the state of mental health initiatives in organizations. Through our podcast LEADERSHIP STORY TALKS, Julienne B. Ryan and I had the immensely good fortune to interview Craig A. DeLarge, MPH, MBA, CPC about the Digital Mental Health Project, which encourages us to use technology to keep ourselves and our children healthy. If you are interested in: Learning more about the application of technology for (access to) improvement of mental health The ethics of the use of these technologies Ways to look at technology as well as mental health through the broader lens of society and community Then this episode is for you! I especially appreciated the way Craig invited us to think about our ancestors and those who came before us, and how they dealt with mass suffering collectively, as a community. There's power in coming together to tackle big issues, and mental health is one of those societal issues that needs attention from EVERYONE. Games that can track behavioral changes for example a game that can lead to the idea of tracking mental health for children who are on the Autism spectrum can help identify their mode of language and how they process the outer world. this would not only help them see through and understand things easily but can also help parents and teachers understand the perspective. similar can replace negative self-talk with positive self-talk core of CBT. Share your ideas and lets build on it.
