The Power of Prioritization: Focusing on What Truly Matters In a world filled with endless distractions, it's easy to get caught up in the noise. Success often comes down to one simple principle: prioritizing the important over the unimportant. When we focus on what truly matters, we align our actions with our values and long-term goals. We make meaningful progress instead of just staying busy. The key is to differentiate between the tasks that create impact and those that merely fill our time. Every day is a choice. Choose what brings growth, fulfillment, and value over what is merely urgent or convenient. Try not to confuse movement with progress 😊 Thank you Winstone K. Nnko for this insightful post. #Prioritization #Productivity #Mindset #Growth

I believe Marketing to be a big party, some brands are the life of the bash, cracking jokes, and making everyone laugh. But then there are those brands who stick to the corner, too afraid to join in on the fun, worried people won't take them seriously. Well, during this social media age it is time for those shy brands to step into the spotlight! Because in advertising, being fun and memorable is like having the coolest outfit – it makes you stand out in the crowd. So come out of the box have some fun, and see where the party takes you! #d20labs #marketing #Advertising #Nepal

FOR WANT OF A NAIL THE BATTLE WAS LOST !! When Attitude Changes, business will thrive !! Sadly True and because of this many companies end up hiring people without Talent and Merit, thereby loosing the Battle of Business. For want of a "Nail" the battle was lost because of appeasing their bosses and the finance managers, sadly the HR guys earn a bad name when the actual account manager finds that the new hire is non competent. The finance Manager will have only one thought as to how to appease his boss who will have no idea how they can bring riches to the company by sharing the riches to their employees. When "Attitude Changes" then business will thrive. #HR #CEO #COO #MD #FM

On a platform like LinkedIn, I think it’s ESPECIALLY important that we are open to sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly in terms of the experiences that we are facing as a collective population. It was my understanding that this was supposed to be a social media platform for professionals, role-models, leaders, change-makers, and a source of inspiration, motivation and connection. Am I right, or am I right? So, tell me then… if this is supposed to be a platform that nurtures the development of professionals… what kind of true-blue emerging leaders will be fostered in this space, if they can’t trust the system, the leadership, or the news that’s in their “professional” feed? What kind of leaders will there be in 10 or 20 years, if there’s the overwhelming feeling of disappointment, and a blatant lack of honesty, and transparency? I don’t have children… but I bet YOU do. Some will disagree with me, most will choose to not even acknowledge this post, and that’s okay. If you’ve read this far, you must have agreed with something I’ve been saying. In this post-pandemic world, I am left feeling as though the “the system” has created smoke and mirrors, or a manufactured facade about what real human experiences are that people are facing in the workforce, and at the community level. Have you noticed that we rarely see anything but the highlight reels, or an extremely diluted version of things filtered by the news and media these days? 2024 is the year according to the statistics, that GenZ presence in the workforce over takes the Boomer population. The literature is also saying that GenZ are “the most unemployable generation in history.” We are setting ourselves up to have an entire generation of young people who feel as though they can’t trust the system, or they’ve been let down by the system, and the people in it. Young people won’t be (aren’t) driven or motivated to pursue positions of power in their communities not because they are unemployable… but because they have a different set of criteria for fulfillment, and priorities in their lives. They are not unemployable. They are the most “disconnected-connected” generation that’s ever been. This isnt a THEM problem… this is a systems/YOU problem 👀 Government of Canada I feel it deep in my BONES that we need to “do a deeper dive” and consider the way we’ve been doing things, and the way things at the foundational level desperately need to be shifted. I can sit in a room full of baby-Millennials, and elder-GenZ’s, and feel more motivated and inspired than I do sitting at a boardroom table with a team of burnt out, weary, dare I say jaded, and tired executives. No offence to the executives… you are my kinda people too 😂 I’m just speaking the truth… You’re lying to yourself if you can sit here and tell me you’re not tired, burnt-out, and a little (a lot) bit jaded sometimes. Running out of characters again. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk. #leadership #changeagent #inspirechange
