Ukraine confidently holds the second place in the world charity ranking! 🇺🇦 Our efforts are growing every year, and it's truly impressive! At the beginning of 2023, we were at the 10th spot, but now our country is recognized as the second most charitable in the world! These data are the result of surveys conducted by the global company Gallup World View. According to the survey and assessments, Ukrainians scored 62 points, while the leader of the ranking, Indonesia, scored 68 out of 100 possible. This indicates that more and more of our compatriots are engaging in charity, donating, supporting, and not remaining indifferent. 🤝 Kenya secured the "bronze," followed by Liberia, and the United States rounds out the top five. It's worth noting that Russia and Belarus were not included in the ranking. Overall, 72% of the world's population, or 4.2 billion people, contribute to charity. We endorse the impactful initiatives of International Project Aid (IPA), an NGO operating in many developing countries, such as Cameroon. Right now, in the small village of Ouazzang, we are funding the construction of two new school buildings to replace outdated facilities. IPA integrates Swiss school classes in the implementation and fundraising of some projects. We are all eager to see the schools grow and the lasting impact it will have on providing quality #education to children in the region. 🏫 At Solevo, Outreach & Community stands as a cornerstone within our 6 sustainability pillars. Our commitment extends beyond business, aiming to uplift communities in every region we touch. We believe in supporting and enhancing well-being, elevating living standards, and fostering socio-economic development. 🎒 In alignment with this vision, in 2022 our Solevo Mali team participated in the "J'aime lire" program. We proudly donated 600 magazines to the Sabalibougou-East public school in the Koulikoro region (Kati Circle). During this visit, it became evident that the school faced a shortage of benches, forcing many children to sit on the floor. Responding to this need, we've donated 35 table-benches with the realization that more support is required (150 in total). Additionally, we've initiated a tree-planting campaign around the school, contributing to a greener and more inspiring learning environment. 🌱 Our goal is simple - to bring smiles to the faces of these children and empower them as learners.
