CBRE Hotels recently conducted a global survey to understand Hotel Investor Intentions for 2024. The results are in! According to #CBRE, over 90% of respondents are expected to maintain or increase hotel investments in 2024, and that: • Small firms are set to be the most active in the European hotel market in 2024. • Spain overtakes the UK to become the preferred country for hotel investment. • London maintains top spot at a city level, followed by Madrid and Paris.
