Guaranty Trust Please return my #21,000 you illegally deducted from my account. A transaction of over one year ago that had been done and dusted, you claimed not to have received credit for it, after I furnished you with evidences, you've gone mute with no response from your Customer service on email and whatsapp after multiple follow ups going to three weeks already. Kindly return my money else I'll treat this as a rip off and I will escalate to the Governing Authorities cos I suspect foul play.
And you think this is sufficient to cover up for the embarrassment you caused alot of us ...leaving people stranded and causing setbacks ....it's not your fault ...I guess it's a lesson learnt

A sum of over #80k as seen in the attachment. All means to communicate with ur online platform proved futile as both the Hello, thank you for contacting ur site "www.gtbank.com" has proved futile to register anew. Alternatively, your contacts (0700-482666328, 02014480000, 08029002900 and 08039003900) are all unreachable. Please view attachment and assist as I do not believe that I should start borrowing money up and down to start looking for where the nearest GTB branch is located with all inconveniences. When Nigerian Financial systems have improved greatly with IT. DM please and rectify ASAP else I'll continue bogging all your platforms.

Rubbish bank, just like all other banks in Nigeria. Can you imagine, you cannot withdraw your own money from their ATM. One is forced to use POS.
Gtbank kindly confirm your USD card cannot be use for Google payment. After collecting my 10 dollars for maintenance.

2moDear Gtbank, as much as I understand your transition process, I really am not comfortable with the feedback from your team. An NIP outward transaction done since 29th Oct 2024 has not impacted the beneficiary bank/account till today 31st Oct. The saddest part is your customer service team has not acknowledged receipt of the mail neither have they provided resolution. This is very disheartening. Please avoid further escalation by resolving this issue. The banks WhatsApp and Tel line have been used as means to reach out but no feedback shared as I type.
