What You’ll Do: 🔹 Lead the end-to-end sales process for biogas projects, from initiation to execution. 🔹 Craft detailed technical, financial, and operational proposals tailored to client needs. 🔹 Oversee tenders and contracts to ensure alignment with company goals. 🔹 Collaborate with internal teams—finance, legal, engineering—to create competitive and sustainable financial models. 🔹 Drive team excellence through performance reviews and continuous feedback. 🔹 Manage the revenue cycle, ensuring profitability and project success. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Experience: 15+ years in sales (preferably in biogas, renewable energy, or EPC projects), with at least 5 years in leadership roles. ✔ Education: Engineering or relevant degree (MBA is a plus). ✔ Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication abilities to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios.
