This is so smart of WanderOn to keep the staff engaged and not letting them work forcefully , Maintaining a Friendly environment at the workplace is so mandatory for the Mental health of employees as well, As I am a learner and exploring the variety of jobs in the market, this is what type of environment I am searching for and I think every young jobseeker also looks for the same cause it's not always about Money🤑, As some of us at this stage might get so busy in corporate world and also, loose college or school friends. Honestly, It gets too frustrating at some point, All I have experienced till yet is finding a good workplace is so Difficult & Necessary too for our Well- being & It is what matters, Working Overtimes & on Holidays even without any extra benefit can be so demotivating, In return, Atleast we can expect an attractive environment to keep ourselves emotionally attached with the workplace & for better productivity! The overall RevPAR growth in Norway's 8 largest hotel markets over the past 12 months (+12%) may make anyone feel jaded. Despite a total RevPAR growth of 6% in September, Hotelia AS believes it sees underlying signs that the growth rate is cooling down. Of the 5 markets with RevPAR growth in September, Bodø has the highest growth compared to 2023, with 24.7%. This is, in itself, a fantastic result, but with the exception of the adjustment for Easter, it is the lowest monthly increase for Bodø in 2024. We see much of the same trend in the other markets – at Gardermoen, September marks the 3rd consecutive month of negative development, and in Trondheim, 8 of the last 12 months have been lower than the previous year. Hotelia AS believes in a soft landing for the Norwegian hotel market, but thinks the time of month after month of double-digit RevPAR growth is coming to an end.
