The Online Reputation Assessment (OAR) Rankings were released by J Turner Research in November. The highest score in the rankings is 98, and Greystar property Valentina by Alta was one of four properties to achieve the top score. Greystar had 19 properties ranked, the most of any management company.

In SatisFacts & ApartmentRatings' June national survey index results, the scores reflect how Overall Satisfaction is lower at pre-renewal, which can impact likelihood to renew:
Unclosed Tour: 4.65
Move-In: 4.54
Work Order: 4.61
Pre-Renewal: 3.98
Likelihood to renew: 47%
Surveys are incredibly important to lease renewals. But it's not just about "doing surveys" (and don't even get me started on 😀 vs 🙁 "surveys"). It's about having an experienced, trusted survey partner who understands the data and provides guidance and support into where and what exactly needs improvement, training, and more focus.
