QUESTION: How many of you have been in a meeting where you have been directed to or told about the importance of mental health and wellbeing, but then the buck stops there? As an employer or manager, are you implementing actionable steps to create a culture that responds to mental health and wellbeing needs and enables staff to thrive at work? Having had the benefit of working in many corporate environments over many years, both abroad and in the UK, it's clear to see the changes and emphasis being placed on mental health and wellbeing.
