Sometimes companies will let me know that they have an internal recruiting team, and they may not consider partnering with an outside agency like Find Great People | FGP Think about this: The average number of open requisitions on an internal recruiter’s desk ranges from 35-75, a recruiter typically priorities 3 to 4 searches at one time. Much more intentional focus, recruiting becomes an action vs. a reaction.
