When I set up PFP back in 2014 I employed the scatter gun technique hoping something would stick. Plenty did, but I didn't feel the love for the roles and some of the sectors really didn't appeal to me. In 2015, I had a long conversation with Sharon Newey of Superfast Recruitment and if I'm honest, most of that conversation was me arguing why we shouldn't niche.
