Doing an action we may not feel like doing can result in actually experiencing the feelings we couldn't find before. Sometimes it's really hard to find something to be thankful for, and if you find yourself in that situation today, you're not alone. Find one thing that you're thankful for. Just one, and then use it to branch off into other good things related to it. Here are some suggestions: - I have a job - The sun is shining - I have food to eat today - I am able to breath Remember, there is always a light that can pierce the darkness, even if it is only the light of a firefly :) What are you thankful for today?
