I never really had the chance to wear my graduation toga. 👨🎓 🎓 I didn’t finish my on-the-job training. I missed out on the usual college graduation celebrations. Being the youngest in my family and the last to graduate, everyone especially my parents was eagerly looking forward to it. Then the pandemic hit, and everything came to a halt. We ended up having a virtual graduation. Don’t get me wrong, I AM GRATEFUL and always will be, but experiences like this happen just once in a lifetime, and I was really looking forward to it. Every now and then, when I watch a graduation ceremony, I wonder what it truly feels like. Last August, I considered pursuing further studies and enrolling in a master’s program, partly to finally experience a graduation ceremony in person 😂 . It took me a week to decide, and I was ready to secure my slot, but my professional commitments suddenly shifted. I ended up just finishing my methods for teaching subjects since I had a back subject. Now, I’m still contemplating... What I’ve realized is that when something feels missing, it can motivate you to work toward it. I’m not sure what the next step is for me right now. I have a lot on my plate, and my priorities have shifted. But that’s normal, and I hope everyone reading this understands that it’s okay to feel empty, or like something’s missing. It’s just a challenge, encouraging you to see things differently and be grateful for what you have now. And to everyone graduating, congratulations! I wish you all the best in your careers and the journey ahead. How about you? What feels like it’s missing for you right now, something you badly want to feel? P.S Thanks to my cousin for letting me wear his toga and medal, which made the moment a little more special and happier. #PandemicGraduation #VirtualGraduation #GraduationChallenges #PostGraduationThoughts #PursuingDreams #LifeAfterGraduation #GratitudeAndGrowth #GraduationJourney #ChangingPriorities #HigherEducationGoals #GraduationMotivation #FuturePlans

Embarking on My Graduate Journey at Clark University School of Business. Three Weeks In and Counting! 🎓🌍✨ It’s been a little over three weeks since I started my academic journey at Clark University in Massachusetts, and I’m thrilled to be part of this community. It's been a whirlwind of experiences, learning, and meeting incredible people from all around the world. The first days were a blur of excitement as I mingled with people from all over the world, each of us finding our place in this vibrant, international mosaic. As an international graduate student, there’s always a mix of emotions. There’s the thrill of exploring a new culture, the excitement of diving deep into new subjects, but also the challenge of adapting to a new academic system. In these early weeks, we all seem to share that subtle blend of hope and nerves, from figuring out where the best study spots are to realizing that the first semester is all about finding our rhythm. 🎶 The expectations? They’re big! We dream of gaining expertise in our fields, building lasting friendships, and making a difference in the world. But also, the small victories matter – like getting through the first round of assignments and learning to balance it all. It’s a journey of both personal and intellectual growth. Whether through campus activities or group projects, we’re forming bonds that will last beyond the classroom. It’s funny how quickly time flies. From the initial flurry of orientations and introductions, I soon found myself settling into a routine. But even now, there’s a sense that this is just the beginning. The semester ahead promises new challenges, new lessons, and new opportunities for growth. I can feel the anticipation building like a wave rising before it breaks. As I look ahead, there’s a sense of excitement and curiosity about what the future holds. Each day, I’m discovering more about myself and the world around me. And while the journey is just beginning, I already know that this experience will shape who I am for years to come. 🚀 #ClarkUniversity #MastersStudent #InternationalStudents #AcademicJourney #LearningAndGrowth #MBAFinance
