REALITY CHECK at #HTH24. Highlighting the challenges startups have bringing medical innovation to market. I had the great fortune to lead the panel discussion on why corporates and start-ups should be ready to seize the opportunity and collaborate. Here are three key lessons: 🥇The incentive to work with start-ups is clear; they develop innovative technologies and services that the corporate doesn’t have access to, yet! 🎯Corporates need systematic processes in place to work with startups, clear communication channels, defined goals, and a new perspective on risk. 🤝In the past 10 years, new models have emerged that offer significant advantages to both parties: Venture Clienting and Venture Partnering.
