We recently completed a Sales Specialists Full Cycle Recruitment Project for a client, and here's a breakdown of our results: ✅ Recruitment Period: May 22nd - June 22nd (Just 4 weeks!) ✅ Submissions: 355 (Large pool of potential candidates) ✅ Screened Applicants: 287 (Thorough screening process) ✅ Interviews: 48 (Focused selection of top candidates) ✅ Number of Offers Made: 16 (Successfully matched candidates with the client's needs!) ✅ Interview-to-Offer Ratio: 3:1 ✅ Hired Candidates: 8 (Started working with the client) ✅ Interview-to-Hire Ratio: 6:1 Additional Outcomes: 4 candidates declined the offer. 1 candidate dropped out after the offer stage. 3 candidates not yet ready to start right this batch. We achieved a 4.5% conversion rate and a successful placement of 8 Sales Specialists in just 4 weeks!
