I joined Levata Human Performance in June this year because I was ready for a meaningful change. I knew the founders and several of the early team members from my early consulting days. With a laser focus on promoting diversity and sustainability within the space industry, the speakers, Dwight vom Hofe, Eileen Ehrhardt, and Cécile Deprez, illuminated the path forward with their expertise and passion. As we navigated through the different presentations covering topics as "Innovation Through Diversity," "Diversity in Action," and "Empowering Underrepresented Voices," it became abundantly clear that diversity isn't just a buzzword—it's the cornerstone of a thriving and sustainable space workforce. The event's expected outcomes resonated deeply with each interaction: 1. Increase awareness of the importance of diversity for the sustainability of the space workforce. 2. Identify actionable strategies and best practices for promoting diversity and inclusion within the space industry. 3.
