Quite an interesting chat on the deposits in the Coromandel https://lnkd.in/gYAg2CR5 #responsible #au #gold #mining #exploration #newzealand #resources #preciousmetals
We recently hosted a fireside chat between Tyron Breytenbach, P.Geo (RUA GOLD director) and Rick Streiff. We have onboarded Rick as a special advisor to RUA GOLD on the Glamorgan project. This is a complete GEO NERD OUT on all things epithermals and the Hauraki district on New Zealand's North Island and such an interesting watch. A quick history of the region shows over 15 million ounces of gold already mined from the epithermal deposits, Simon Henderson (RUA GOLD COO) and Rick Streiff together are the two key people that brought Wharekirauponga to life (currently a over 1 million ounces @ 15.9 g/t Au indicated resource and growing), and now they are working together again, less than 3kms north on our Glamorgan tenement. Visit our website (https://lnkd.in/gyf-PVY6) and have a listen to the full 25min video.

#preciousmetals have been hovering around their call wall yesterday, a major level for #gold #silver and #platinum in place for quite some time. A breakout might unleash some "animal spirit" even if we expect some consolidation around these levels before the next move higher. ✅ Gold call wall 2400 ✅ Silver call wall 30 ✅ Platinum call wall 1100 #comex daily key levels ⬇️ #commodities #derivatives

Gold panning is an ancient and simple method for extracting gold from riverbeds, streams, and sandy areas. It involves using a shallow, round pan to scoop up dirt and water, then swirling it around to separate lighter materials from heavier particles like gold. 🌊✨ The process relies on gold's density, which causes it to settle at the bottom of the pan while sand and rocks are washed away. 🌍 Global Gold Panning: Gold panning is still practiced today across the world, particularly in countries like the U.S. (especially in California and Alaska), Canada, Australia, Brazil, and South Africa. While it’s often seen as a recreational activity now, it played a significant role during historic gold rushes. Interesting Facts: 🪙 Gold is 19 times heavier than water, which is why it settles at the bottom during panning. ⏳ The first documented gold panning happened over 2,000 years ago in Ancient Greece and Rome! 🔍 Many amateur gold panners still strike it lucky, and some have even found gold nuggets worth thousands of dollars. 💵 🏆 There's a World Gold Panning Championship held annually, where participants from all over the globe compete to find gold the fastest! #GoldPanning #AdventureTime #StrikeGold #TreasureHunt #GoldRush

Ok fine, I gathered my courage and then decided to head straight down this hole as the need for diamonds is big, but then this type of vine trap caught me good. This place is more and more surprising everytime I find a new biome and some are more wonderful than others. I then star on the hunt for parts of the Parallel Processing Unit (PPU) and it is a doze what I discover on the Mercury II: #PS5, #SONY, #Subnautica, #SubnauticaBelowZero, #UnknowngamesEntertainment, #LinkedlnforCreators https://lnkd.in/exGMgtTe
