As we celebrate Christmas and approach the end of the year, I’d like to share a gentle reminder: show gratitude, no matter what the year may have brought. Life and business doesn’t always go as planned. Goals might shift, challenges may arise, and sometimes, things don’t work out the way we envisioned. But even in those moments, there’s always something to be thankful for: lessons learned, relationships built, and the opportunity to try again. Don’t let the highlights you see online pressure you. The glossy images and big wins people share are just one side of the story. If your year didn’t turn out quite the same way, it’s okay. Your journey is uniquely yours, and great things can still happen if you stay the course, believe in your vision, and keep moving forward. This season, let’s reflect on the good, embrace the lessons, and look ahead with hope and determination. Because while the year may be ending, a new one is just around the corner full of possibilities waiting to unfold. ✨ Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a year ahead filled with success, growth, and joy. Let’s finish strong and start brighter! 🌟 I am the best Appointment setter and Sales person you can have in your team.

Happy New Year dear friends and colleagues. Leaving you with five self-reflection questions to help end the year with clarity and self-awareness: 1. What challenges did I face this year, and how did I grow from them? 2. Which moments or experiences brought me the most joy, and how can I create more of them? 3. What patterns or habits no longer serve me, and how can I begin to let them go? 4. What is one decision or action I am most proud of, and what does it reveal about my values? 5. How do I want to show up for myself and others in the year ahead?

🎂HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY TO US🎂 6 years ago, we went ALL IN—and what a journey it’s been! From fearless innovation to keeping it real, we’ve been crunching numbers, shaking up the status quo, and helping you bring your biz to new heights. Every milestone we’ve hit and every award on our (now very full) shelf is a testament to the trust and partnership of you. You’ve let us be unapologetically ourselves, and for that, we’re throwing 'accountant-style' confetti your way (because you know it’s perfectly balanced)! As we blow out 6 candles, we’re not just celebrating another year—we’re celebrating you too. Whether we've cleaned up your accounts, helped you cloud up, or turned your visions into strategies, we’re so grateful for your support and loyalty. Here’s to many more years of going ALL IN together—because “good enough” is just never enough. Let the account-down to year 7 begin! Want to find out more about us? Welcoming December: A Month to Reflect and Reignite ✨🎄 As December begins, it feels like the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and look ahead. 🌟 This month holds so much meaning: - It’s a time to celebrate the wins—big or small—that shaped our year. - It’s a chance to express gratitude for the people who walked this journey with us, personally and professionally. - And it’s an opportunity to dream bigger for the year ahead. For me, December is about balance: wrapping up projects with purpose while carving out time for moments that matter—family, friends, and self-care. So, as we step into this final stretch of the year, here’s my message to you: 💡Celebrate your progress; Every step counts. 💡Reconnect with your “why”; What drives you forward? 💡Set intentions; The best plans start with clarity. Wishing you an inspiring, joyful, and fulfilling month of December. May it be filled with purpose, warmth, and success. What’s one thing you’re focusing on this month to finish the year strong? Let’s inspire each other!🙌

What Are You Celebrating This Year? As the year wraps up, it’s easy to focus on what’s next—new goals, new plans, new ambitions. But before we rush ahead, let’s take a moment to reflect on the wins. Big or small, every win matters. Did you land a deal that felt impossible? Did you mentor someone and see them thrive? Did you step out of your comfort zone and try something new? For me, one of my proudest moments this year was delivering a career path for our customer facing people. It reminded me that growth isn’t always about leaps—it’s often in the small, steady steps we take every day. Let’s celebrate progress—yours, mine, and ours. Go-Do: Take five minutes to write down three things you’re proud of this year. Share one in the comments if you’d like! 👉Question for You: What’s one win—big or small—that you’re celebrating as 2024 comes to a close?

My Biggest Achievement This Year (a LinkedIn connection asked) There’s a lot to unpack here. Sometimes, just showing up—both at home and work—felt like more than an achievement; it felt like a spectacular accomplishment. No awards are given for that, but I’ve done it and continue to do so. While there have been notable highs and lows, my biggest achievement this year has been finding solutions to the many challenges that could derail the needs of the people I care about most, ensuring they succeed. Whether it’s: - going to appointments for David to help him stay on track with hospital visits, - chatting with my father to get his computer working, - lending my whipper snipper to a neighbor, - giving a colleague a little help to keep moving forward, - or simply being there for my friends when they need to vent. There are no spectacular awards for these acts, but they matter. I just keep showing up and shining in my world. Not everyone needs to broadcast their thoughts or achievements on social media—there’s nothing wrong with that, of course—but it’s important to pause and reflect. Everyone has spectacular achievements. We just don’t always see the value in them ourselves. PS. My mother’s wisdom.
