Good morning. Today we kicked off our third shift here at PM, Plastics extrusion machinery. We're here to make first in Kansas and we've heard from our customers that they love our stuff and we keep getting orders. And the one thing that we didn't have is we didn't have enough hours in the day to get it produced. So today is an awesome day. We're kicking off our third shift for the first time. We have a, it's actually set up in four 10s. So you basically come to work at at 8:00 on Monday night and you'll work. Until 6:00 the next morning and you work four days a week. So we have, we have a lot of our employees are now only gonna be, they're gonna have three day weekends, but only working four days a week. So they love that setup. And not to mention as we walk around here, I wanted to show you a few things. This is actually just some components of a 48 inch below that we're starting to produce. And it's actually really enjoyable working in this environment. You know, we have a climate controlled environment that actually keeps you around 75�� all year round. So if you're having to do a lot of work outside in the hot, especially when it's 105 here in Kansas, it's pretty rough. But I can tell you when you're working inside and the climate controlled environment, it's just a much better way to go. But we are beginning to really hone in on trying to to speed up our process. Our throughput is over 50% more than it was just last year at this time. So our customers are just loving the fact that we are delivering far more regularly than we ever have in the history of this company and we are just getting started. We could really use your help.
