GSA - Global Student Accommodation’s Post

Yesterday, Victor Lor, Head of Investment Management Asia Pacific at GSA, participated in the inaugural State of the Sector – PBSA in Australia 2024 event established by the Property Council of Australia's Student Accommodation Council.    Discussing the investment potential of the PBSA sector in Australia, it's clear that it continues to attract investment from a growing number of global and domestic investors looking to the broader living sector to deliver more resilient returns. With a leadership team that has developed and managed over 7,000 beds across the top educational cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide, this is a trend that GSA has seen emerging as the sector continues to mature and institutionalise.   Thank you to the Property Council of Australia and the Student Accommodation Council for bringing together investors, owners, operators, and sector experts from across the country leading the conversation on the future of PBSA in Australia. And great to catch up with colleagues from across The Dot Group, Madelin Smith at Student.com and Tim Klitscher at Yugo. #stateofthesector2024 #pbsa #studentaccommodation #studenthousing
