Global College of Professional Military Education (GCPME)’s Post

Our final two Agile Learning pilots wrapped up 31 October 2024, and as we reflect on the past 10 months, we are incredibly grateful for the 11,000+ hours of hard work and dedication that created an additional option for a meaningful learning experience for our students. Students at Barksdale, Maxwell, Scott, and JBSA-Randolph were not just engaged; they were eager to learn, highlighting the effectiveness of this innovative approach to non-resident military education. While the TDYs have paused for now, we’re excited to enter the next phase of Agile Learning. Our team is diving into the data collected to explore possible ways to expand this transformative experience for even more students. Thank you to everyone involved in this monumental effort by #GCPME! Excellent work throughout the four pilots by everyone involved. Thank you to our students; our teammates at the bases where agile learning pilots were hosted; #GCPME leadership, faculty, and staff; and AU leadership. I look forward to seeing the final results of the data analysis and seeing where hybrid learning goes next.
