Four years ago this week, the word ground to a virtual halt. The #sportsbiz was impacted as much as any other industry. In some ways, it seems like yesterday. In others, it seems like a lifetime ago. I do remember telling myself that if I made it through the lock down I would never again complain about being too busy. So, as I near the end of a great engagement I've had for the past several months, I find myself looking to add some partners to my dance card. So, if you have a need for an outside resource, or know someone who does, please keep me in mind. But, I digress. Let's mark the anniversary by recognizing the nice people around us through the weekly Nice Guy Awards. Every Friday, I’ll share nominations for people who have been identified as nice guys (and gals). If you want to nominate someone, just shoot me a private message by 5:00 EST on Thursday. Planning Christmas activities for both staff and the community can take a lot of work alongside day to day business tasks. We started planning a month ago! How do you juggle finding time to prepare for Christmas and ensuring day to day business continues as normal? and the big question is, is it ever too early to start? 🎄 As a big Christmas fan, my answer is no, it’s never too early! But between Christmas social media content, client messages, staff Christmas parties, community/charity support and more… time can escape you very quickly! We like to make sure we have a team involved, rather than it being one person’s responsibility so we can achieve more in a shorter space of time and it remains manageable!
