Lowell, Massachusetts, is driving clean energy innovation with a portion of its $22 million in federal funding dedicated to bringing more GILLIG Hybrid Electric buses to its fleet. As the city and Lowell Regional Transit Auth invests in cleaner transit solutions, their GILLIG Hybrids are “moving us in the right direction” by delivering lower emissions, better fuel efficiency, and a quieter, smoother ride.
