When building Deploy to be the first Global Talent Delivery app for Workday, we asked the design team to really focus on technology that would deliver outstanding value when and where it matters most. On top of this, we had a future date of January 1 2025 to really help as many customers as possible glide into the New Year with the right Workday support in place. Experience has taught us that Core Functions like HR, Finance & Payroll often lack time to assimilate all the important business processes before a Go Live, so an app that can identify & crowdsource these skills in minutes, could be a highly important source of support. With features like the ability for Clients to post problems into a digital notice board, and in real time, get curated responses into their own personal private inbox, we saw an opportunity to redefine how Clients use technology to manage direct hiring both Pre and Post Go Live.
