How to reduce morning sickness during pregnancy🤢Morning sickness, or nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, is a common symptom experienced by many pregnant women. While it can be challenging to completely eliminate morning sickness, there are several strategies that may help reduce its severity or frequency. Here are some tips to help manage morning sickness: 1. Eat small, frequent meals: Having something in your stomach can help alleviate nausea. Aim to eat small, frequent meals throughout the day rather than large meals. 2. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, such as water, herbal teas, or clear broths, to stay hydrated. Sipping on fluids throughout the day may help ease nausea. 3. Choose bland foods: Stick to bland, easy-to-digest foods like crackers, toast, rice, or bananas. Avoid spicy, greasy, or strongly flavored foods that may trigger nausea. 4. Ginger: Ginger has been known to help reduce nausea. You can try ginger tea, ginger ale, ginger candies, or ginger supplements. Consult your healthcare provider before taking any supplements. 5. Get plenty of rest: Fatigue can worsen nausea, so make sure to get enough rest and sleep. 6. Acupressure: Some women find relief from nausea by using acupressure bands on their wrists. These bands are designed to apply pressure to specific points on the wrist that may help reduce nausea. 7. Avoid triggers: Identify and avoid any triggers that worsen your nausea, such as strong odors, stuffy rooms, or certain foods. 8. Talk to your healthcare provider: If your morning sickness is severe and impacting your daily life, talk to your healthcare provider. They may be able to provide additional recommendations or prescribe medication to help manage your symptoms.

Image Source : FREEPIK Weight Loss After Pregnancy Women gain a lot of weight during pregnancy. This fat does not reduce even after delivery. In such a situation, it becomes difficult for women to reduce post pregnancy fat. Some women get very upset with their increased weight. Even after becoming a mother, many changes occur in the body, which increases weight further. Especially those who have children through operation have more problems in reducing weight. Doctors forbid doing any intense exercise for about 6 months. At the same time, fat starts increasing rapidly on the stomach after surgery. However, weight can be reduced gradually by using some home remedies. <!-- /8323530/Khabar_Desktop_VDO_1X1 --> how to lose weight after pregnancy Celery water- After delivery, the mother is given celery water to drink. Although people do not like the taste of this water, but drinking celery water regularly helps in reducing the fat accumulated on the stomach. For this, boil celery in water and drink this water throughout the day. After 1-2 months, start drinking 1 glass of celery water in the morning. For this, soak celery in 1 glass of water overnight and drink it in the morning. This will reduce belly fat and obesity. Green tea- To lose weight after pregnancy, include green tea in your diet. Green tea contains a lot of antioxidants which help in reducing weight. Drink 1 cup of green tea before or after eating. If you want, consume green tea instead of milk tea. This will reduce obesity and the skin will also start glowing. Keep in mind that you should not add sugar or honey to green tea. Cinnamon and cloves- Cinnamon and cloves are effective in reducing belly fat. Consumption of cinnamon and cloves is considered beneficial for weight loss after pregnancy. It also provides many health benefits. You have to boil 2 to 3 cloves and a piece of cinnamon in 1 glass of water. Filter this water and drink it in the morning. If you want, you can drink this water lukewarm throughout the day. Nutmeg milk- To reduce obesity, add nutmeg to milk and drink it. This can speed up the process of weight loss. Drinking nutmeg milk at night before sleeping is more beneficial. For this, mix 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder in 1 cup of milk and drink the milk lukewarm. Almonds and Raisins- Eating almonds and raisins daily also helps in losing weight quickly. Almonds are a full fiber source and raisins keep the stomach clean. If the delivery is normal, you can eat almonds and raisins after a few days. If the baby is born through operation, you can eat almonds and raisins as per the doctor’s advice. Eating about 10 raisins and 10 almonds a day will help in weight loss. *Rid your Post-Pregnancy Belly Bulge Completely* *Whatsapp us on +918390211113 to enquire for a diet and workout to reduce cholesterol and sugar levels, belly bulge or fatty liver problems* Your body goes through a number of changes during pregnancy, and a growing belly is the most obvious one. Even though you lose about 6kgs when you give birth, it’s likely that you gained more than that during your pregnancy. Your belly bulge may also be the result of fluid retention or abdominal separation (diastasis recti). Abdominal separation may occur during or after pregnancy. It happens when your growing uterus causes the two long muscles that run parallel in your abdomen to separate from each other. Don't let anyone convince you that you can't lose the belly Bulge post pregnancy with nutrition and workout. I have known girls with C sections and/or 3 kids gain a six pack. 3 Surprising ways to heal your core after giving birth.... EAT ENOUGH PROTIEN Protein isn’t just for building muscles, it’s a crucial player in repairing the connective tissue and muscles that stretch during pregnancy and birth. Aim for 1.2–2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight daily, depending on your activity level. 🥦Incorporate lean meats, eggs, dairy, beans, lentils, tofu, and protein-rich grains like quinoa. Snack on Greek yogurt or a handful of nuts for quick protein boosts. 🥦Pair protein with vitamin C-rich foods like bell peppers or citrus to support collagen production—key for connective tissue healing. 🥦Seek professional support - my top 2 recommendations are @eatwithkeren and @preg.nutrition HYDRATION Hydration goes beyond simply drinking water, it’s about keeping your entire system functioning efficiently, including your fascia and muscle tissue. Water is essential for maintaining elasticity in your connective tissues and supporting circulation, which carries nutrients to healing areas. 💦Aim for at least 2–3 liters per day, more if nursing (closer to 3+ liters). Keep a water bottle handy as a reminder. 💦If plain water isn’t appealing, infuse it with fruit slices or herbs (e.g., cucumber and mint or lemon and ginger). 💦Dark urine or persistent fatigue may signal dehydration, adjust your intake accordingly. BREATHING MECHANICS Your breathing patterns change significantly during pregnancy as your diaphragm moves to accommodate your growing baby. After birth, reconnecting your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and deep core muscles is critical to healing diastasis recti and rebuilding your core strength. 🌬️Begin with gentle diaphragmatic breathing. Lie on your back or sit comfortably, place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly, and practice inhaling silently and deeply through your nose so your ribcage gently expands. Exhale long and slow, and feel the change in tension in your lower tummy and pelvic floor. 🌬️Once you’re comfortable with basic breathing, integrate it into gentle movements like pelvic tilts or bird dogs, focusing on exhaling during exertion. Much love Anna and the Team 🧡 #postpartumcore #postpartumhealing #postpartumnutrition #postpartum #movewellwithanna #fitmum #fitmom
