Want to create a system that sends contracts in 1 click. Here's how you can do it in make -> 1) Set up a webhook I trigger this webhook by clicking a button on my CRM. This automatically pulls in client data from my CRM so I don't have to enter it manually. 2) Set up a Pandadoc template I put placeholders in the Pandadoc template for client details like name, company, services, etc. The webhook automatically fills in these placeholders with the right info. 3) Add an Airtable integration I use Airtable to store all my client data and track deals. The webhook connects to Airtable and pulls in the correct client info based on the deal I'm working on. 4) Send the contract Once the Pandadoc is generated with the right info, the webhook automatically sends it out for signature. With this… You can now generate and send a contract right from your CRM with one click. All the client details are automatically filled in, so there's no need for manual entry or waiting around. You can send contracts instantly during a sales call, which helps close deals faster.
