Daniel Rabie, CEO of GetBusy: “Against an ongoing challenging economic backdrop, never has the relevance of our products been more apparent as we help customers to be efficient and secure in the face of rising costs, elevated cyber threats and ever-increasing compliance burdens. This is clearly seen in the degree to which our products are embedded in our customers’ workflows, with over 3.5million collaborators completing up to 1,500 document activities per second on our platforms, securely and effortlessly. “Our strategy of investing for long-term, sustainable growth from a stable platform with excellent visibility is validated, delivering another year of double-digit ARR growth. “We look forward to the investments and improvements to our customer acquisition functions made during 2023, together with strong expansion revenue from existing customers, to contribute to enhanced growth rates during 2024 and beyond.” The full announcement can be found at https://lnkd.in/ef_TRFCB

Cyber security is about to be a big deal on Wall Street. Why? Rubrik, the first US software IPO this year will be hitting the public markets this month. This would make Rubrik the 4th venture-backed US tech company to IPO this year. That’s double 2023’s full-year total. And jumping on the AI trend, Rubrik’s IPO filing includes more than 50 references to generative AI. It also plans to apply AI and machine learning to adapt to security threats. So far, no other software IPOs of note are on file publically. It’s good news for Rubrik. The world is watching to see how they perform!
