Don’t call them your “best cold caller”. Tell everyone they’re your “best seller”. Because cold calling is selling in its rawest form. Sending emails, not so much. Plus they deserve the extra respect. Since they’re extra valuable. Hats off to all the best “sellers” out there. Keep dialing. #sales #coldcalling

Are your cold calls genuine? What I mean is are you treating that person like you would anyone else… Or are you following a script and being too ridid? The biggest mistake SDRs make is thinking they're in sales. You're not closing deals. You're opening up conversations. If you're making it about the sale, you're missing out on the opportunity to learn more about your prospect. The goal is to ask questions, listen, and understand their pain points.
