The top ain't as far as it seems! 🌄 Some people get annoyed when you tell them that there is a small portion of winners who absolutely dominate the market 🦍 But that's the reality of the world today... The thing is that instead of being annoyed by a fact of something that's actually happening, you can just hop on to the wave and become part of that small portion of winners 🏄🏽 All of the time that you waste being annoyed, can be actually invested into looking for ways to become a winner 🏋🏾♂️ That's what winners do! 🧠 They don't allow someone's words to distract them from moving towards their goals 🎯 Instead, they use it as motivation to actually get the win! 🏆 Or most times ignore it as it is something they consider insignificant 🤏🏽 Don't get discouraged! 😞 Let us help you! 💪🏽 Send DM! 📥 #businessgrowth #smallbusiness #businessmotivation

Finish the year strong🚀 Key findings I learned within Q1 - Q3 and take with me in Q4: 1. If you want to quit: still don’t! 2. Be prepared, proactive and strategic 3. Don’t be afraid to innovate in Q4 4. Turn losses into lessons 5. Turn losers into winners 6. Remember, it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress 7. Reconnect with past clients 8. Be out there. If they can’t see you, they can’t hear you 9. It’s not about following the trend. It’s about setting them 10. Celebrate the wins, big and small 11. Don't overthink things and do with your gut 12. Merel Eggink is still the best partner in the world 13. Believe in the 'end of the year' magic 14. Selfies (real content) are still over-performing and underrated SHOUTOUT Who do I need to see or speak in Q4? I see you when I see you 💙

The Art of Winning: It Isn’t Just About the Trophy; It’s the Journey. Let me be honest: while the awards are great, it’s never really about the trophies(though they do look nice on the shelf). It’s about the path that got us here, the people who showed up along the way, and the reason we keep pushing forward. Looking back, I realize I’ve been learning how to win for a long time. Take that Best Debater award from my university days – maybe all those hours of arguing have actually paid off! Turns out, the same skills of clear thinking, persistence, and adapting on the spot have shaped my career and helped me win with purpose. Here’s what I’ve learned on this path, and what I believe matters most: #Mindset: Winning starts inside. It's about staying focused on growth, pushing through setbacks, and treating every challenge as an opportunity. Studies show that people with a growth mindset are 40% more likely to achieve long-term success. That stat might not be debatable, but in my case, it’s definitely a “win!” #Team: No one wins alone. I’m only here because of the people who push me, support me, and sometimes even argue back (which I appreciate!). When you have a team that’s aligned and all-in, that’s when winning becomes sustainable and meaningful. #Purpose: Without purpose, a win can feel hollow. It’s the purpose that gives every achievement depth and direction. Purpose is what drives us forward and keeps us steady when times get tough. Companies with a clear purpose have 30% better engagement and 25% higher profitability. When we know why we’re here, every win builds a legacy. These awards mean a lot, but they’re just milestones on a bigger journey—a journey shared with incredible people, a mindset we all believe in, and a purpose that keeps us going. Here’s to more wins that matter and to the people who make it all possible!

Losers always think what they should have done (i. e. about past)! Winners always think what they should do (i. e. about present)! Your thinking can make you: 👉 A winner 🏆 or 👉 A loser 😔 Think wisely! #lifelessons

Today, I want to shine a spotlight on someone truly exceptional in our BNI community: Kenneth Tinglum. Kenneth's coaching on the art of storytelling has transformed the way we connect with clients and generate referrals. Last month I participated on the yearly conference for the first time and I learned so much from his workshops. Kenneth teaches us to share short stories that highlight our clients' challenges and how we solve them. These stories not only showcase our expertise but also make it easier for our BNI partners to understand our work and refer new clients to us. Imagine a client facing a tough problem. We listen, understand, and craft a solution that exceeds their expectations. Kenneth shows us how to capture this journey in a compelling narrative. These success stories build trust, credibility, and naturally turn satisfied customers into advocates for our business. Kenneth's storytelling approach is a game-changer. It empowers us to communicate our value effectively and helps our network grow stronger. His dedication to personal growth and community building is truly inspiring. Thank you, Kenneth, for being a shining example of leadership and for inspiring us all. Here's to many more years of success and collaboration! #storytelling #inspiration #bni
