Regulatory affairs work is complex and demands a lot of attention to detail and the capacity to digest important amounts of information to extract what’s relevant to you... Therefore, as a regulatory affairs manager, certain skills and standards need to be in place - always ! 🤓 These skills and abilities are for instance : 👉 Attention to detail  👉 Ability to take a bird’s eye view 👉 Ability to discern what is relevant and what is not 👉 Reading. Lots and lots of reading 👉 Staying up to date with relevant information 👉 Organisation One important thing to remember: You don’t need to know it all. No-one can. But you need to know which questions to ask and … where to find the answers ! These things are so important that without any of them, working will be difficult and chances of having errors and misunderstandings are high. Hence why, we uphold the upmost standard when it comes to these skills. Of course there is always room for improvement and sometimes, even when you do your best, things can go wrong, but the important thing is to bounce back and improve. Again and again. Previously, also responsibilities like change management, quality operations, people leadership not only in SC but also in R&D, have been my tasks. So the range of pharma world, not only from quality perspective but also from development, manufacturing, analytics, validations, equipment are familiar to me. All in all, my job involves developing and improving pharmaceuticals for human and veterinary use, ensuring compliance from clinical development to marketed products. 🎤 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯? The best part of my job is knowing that my work impacts someone's quality of life. I find motivation in knowing that my work saves lives or alleviates symptoms. The variety in my work as a consultant, seeing different companies, processes, and cultures, keeps it exciting. Developing new ideas, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with teams globally gives me a daily boost. It's fascinating to see how a lab concept becomes a product that helps patients. 🎤 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿? My superpower is flexibility in different work tasks, environments, and teams. I connect technical, quality, and management aspects of processes. Regulatory Affairs Lead, CEE Export Markets Role overview The job is embedded in the Local Operating Company/ Export Markets to ensure that the mandated Regulatory requirements in the assigned countries, for commercial operating units are met. The role is critical to the effective management of systems and activities that are crucial or have a direct impact to the regulatory compliance, as well as the business. Export Markets is a complex region of 25 countries including small EU member states and non-EU countries of the Central and Eastern European region as well as the CIS countries. By leading the CEE Export Markets regulatory team, both direct and indirect reports, this is a great possibility to test and learn how to design processes applicable across all markets to meet high regulatory standards, including strong focus on innovation aspects. The role is positioned within global R&D Regulatory Affairs EMEA-LATAM structure and as a Regulatory Lead for CEE Export Markets, you will report directly to R&D BU CEE Lead.
