The article is insightful and focuses on several trends shaping the housing market. The concept of old housing has changed before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, so remote work can be added as a permanent trend because the risk of being exposed to any natural disaster again will affect the housing market. The decisions of many companies to work remotely have affected the design of current homes and the future need to provide ready-made home designs to put in the backyard of the house or to build or print an office to complete work or study remotely, which will of course support 3D printing.
