I was pleased to be a part of this forum with Sarah Ghosh FCMA, CGMA the current President of CIMA Hard to imagine that it is almost 35 years since i completed my examination as one of the world’s youngest at that time (my younger brother who took the exams with me was 18) A lot has changed and it was great discussing the needs of a business today especially in terms of Financial story telling. What do the numbers say about the future of the business. An interesting suggestion was that CFO should mean Chief Future Officer giving meaning to the numbers and predicting what that holds for the business.
