November is Men’s Health Awareness Month At Gazelle Global, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, including breaking the stigma around men seeking support. Men’s Health Awareness Month is a reminder that: ✔ It’s okay to talk. Open conversations save lives. ✔ Support is available. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. ✔ Workplaces matter. Creating a safe, supportive environment for mental well-being is essential. At Gazelle Global, mental health support is part of our standard health cover package for employees, which you are eligible for after passing probation. From accessible resources, comprehensive mental health insurance, and a safe place for open discussions, we’re dedicated to fostering a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and heard. #MensHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #WorkplaceWellbeing

This #WorldMentalHealthDay, let's recognize the vital role businesses play in supporting the mental well-being of their teams. With recent updates to the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA), starting in 2025, companies will be required to ensure their mental health and substance use disorder (MH/SUD) benefits are as accessible as medical benefits. This is more than just compliance—it’s an opportunity. Offering comprehensive mental health benefits isn't just about meeting regulations, it’s about creating a supportive work environment that fosters employee well-being, productivity, and retention. When employees feel they have equal access to mental health care, it can reduce absenteeism, increase engagement, and improve overall morale. Investing in mental health benefits is not only the right thing to do but also smart business. As these new standards come into effect, now is the time for companies to evaluate their health plans and ensure they're providing meaningful support to employees' mental health as you negotiate your group insurance renewals this season. #WorkplaceWellness #InvestInYourTeam #HRLeadership #MentalHealthMatters #EmployeeBenefits

Today is World Mental Health Day and this year’s theme is - ‘It is Time to Prioritise Mental Health in the Workplace’. We are well placed to support our corporate clients in meeting this goal, as all our policies for businesses, with as little as 2 employees only, can incorporate mental health cover. Not only do our plans offer the ability to provide employees with mental health consultations, talking therapies and other effective treatments, we can also provide some inpatient/day patient cover as well. To further bolster Mental Health Support for employees, we can also include a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, with different levels of Face to Face counselling that is available to staff for free. Mental health services on the NHS are difficult and slow to access. Providing Private Medical Insurance to your staff enables them to get quick access to Specialists and Treatments to aid their recovery. Did you know that more than 1 in 7 UK adults say their mental health is the worst it’s ever been? Remember, mental health affects us all, and it’s crucial to prioritise prevention, early intervention, and easily accessible care.
