We have lost connection with our ancestors, and many of us are made to believe that they were primitive people, devoid of wisdom, value, or significance to us as Black people. This misconception has deeply affected our well-being and has created a major setback in our collective progress. How can we accept such falsehoods about the very mothers and fathers of all humanity? It is a deliberate distortion of our history that will continue to haunt us if we do not reconnect with our ancestors, seek their wisdom, and call upon their protection in facing our challenges. We are the powerhouses of humanity, and this strength is buried deep within our souls. Yet, how many of us can recall the names of our forefathers or visit their graves? Instead, we often travel thousands of miles to seek the blessings of the ancestors of other races. We have become the living dead, disconnected from our roots, and until we awaken to this truth, we will never reclaim the freedom, wisdom, and greatness we once had. Our ancestors built civilizations and empires that thrived long before colonialism. It is time to honor their legacy, reconnect with their spirits, and draw from their timeless strength to rebuild our own path to liberation and prosperity.

On this day of remembrance, our nation honors the lives lost in the tragic events of 9/11. We pause to remember the victims, the heroes, and the countless individuals who faced unimaginable challenges with extraordinary courage. We reflect on the unity, resilience, and leadership that emerged in the aftermath, guiding us through a time of deep sorrow and uncertainty. As I reflect, I find myself drawing profound lessons from that time: ➟ 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲: The power of coming together, regardless of our differences, is what sustains us in the most difficult moments. ➟ 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Compassion and understanding of the human side of every challenge are what truly connect us and strengthen our communities. ➟ 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: During times of adversity, true leadership is defined by integrity, compassion, and decisive action. Leading with strength requires a deep commitment to ethical principles and the greater good. Today, we honor the memory of those we lost, the heroes who risked everything, and the enduring power of unity during our darkest days. May their legacy continue to inspire us to lead with integrity, courage, and compassion. We will never forget.

Concerns about the so called "Safe Supply Drug" Program in BC: 1️⃣ Toxicity of unregulated drug market remains unaddressed. 2️⃣ Overdose deaths have not decreased, with 2,224 in BC in 2021. 3️⃣ Public safety is at risk with increased public drug use. 4️⃣ Lack of support services perpetuates addiction cycle. BC NDP/Liberal Premier David Eby's recent plans to recriminalize public drug use shows a shift in government stance. Due to his lack of support in the polls , his about face looks like its purely out of self interest & self preservation. Drastic measures for identifying & addressing root causes of addiction, ensuring public safety, and providing support services is needed. Let’s work together and oust the NDP/Liberal government coalition from BC and tell them NO MORE so called "Safe Supply" paid for by tax payers and recriminalize hard drugs. We need to tell the NDP/LIBERAL's to Stop poisoning our community, secondly stop acting like you didn't create the problem. Jagmeet Singh is POISONING our province and our country by supporting the Liberals. He can put a vote of no confidence at any given time, but instead he chooses to flood British Colombia with Hard Drugs to poison British Colombians.
