I partner with HR & Talent Development Leaders to help their company solve 95% of business challenges by developing leaders at every level, driving growth, improving retention, and boosting performance.

Your company's strategic plans are stupid if... the leaders aren't committed to their own development. I'm in NYC this week with a new client. 15 Leaders committed to building better relationships and getting bigger results. They know what a lot of leaders don't: Every time your company sets new goals, you need to upgrade your leadership skills to help your company achieve them. Your company won't grow before your leaders do.

You're in NY all week? If you have time, take the L train into Brooklyn. Get off at the 3rd stop. Wander around the corner to the intersection of Manhattan Ave and Devoe Street. Walk into Fortunato Brothers. Try not to have 1 of everything. Make sure to bring some home for the family.

So true, Dr. Garland Vance. The best plans are only as good as the people who are responsible to execute them. When leaders grow, they set the tone for everyone else in the company.

Dr. Garland Vance I would go further to say your companies strategic plans are stupid if they’re just words on paper versus actual execution and resource allocation
