This Thanksgiving, we want to reflect on what we think makes Gardiner truly special: our people, our clients and our partners. Whether you’re a part of our team, a client we have the privilege of working with or friend in the industry, we are fortunate to be part of such a great community. Thank you for the trust you place in us, the challenges you bring that push us to be better, and the long-term relationships that have made this work so meaningful to us since our start in 1962. As we gather and enjoy time with our families and loved ones, we’re reminded that it’s not just what we do, but who we do it with that matters most. From all of us at Gardiner, Happy Thanksgiving! #GardinerDoesIt. #HappyThanksgiving #Grateful

As we approach Independence Day, let's think about ways to celebrate that are safe for our families, pets, and communities. Fireworks can be dangerous and stressful for many, so here are four fantastic alternatives for a memorable and safe 4th of July: Host a Backyard BBQ 🍔🌭 Gather your family and friends for a classic backyard barbecue. Grill up some delicious food, play lawn games, and enjoy each other’s company. A fun cookout is the perfect way to celebrate our nation's independence while ensuring everyone stays safe. Patriotic Movie Night 🎬🍿 Create an outdoor or indoor movie theater experience. Set up a projector in the yard or arrange a cozy movie night inside. Choose patriotic movies or family favorites, and don't forget the popcorn and red, white, and blue snacks! Creative Crafts and Decorations 🎨🖌️ Get crafty with your family by making patriotic decorations. From DIY American flags to red, white, and blue tie-dye shirts, there are plenty of creative projects to enjoy. This is a great way to bond with your kids and create lasting memories. Neighborhood Parade 🚲🎉 Organize a neighborhood parade with bikes, scooters, and wagons decorated in patriotic themes. Encourage everyone to dress in red, white, and blue and enjoy a festive parade around the block. It's a fun and safe way to bring the community together. Let's make this 4th of July a celebration filled with joy, safety, and togetherness. How are you planning to celebrate? #GulfStatesInsurance #IndependenceDay #Happy4th

🦇 Happy Halloween to all the unsung heroes of Business Development! 🦇 I’ve always considered Business Development teams the "Batman" of their organizations. Outwardly, we’re the Bruce Waynes of the industry—polished, presentable, attending social events, and lunches with prospective clients, making connections, and building bridges. But behind the scenes? It’s a different story. Our role runs deeper-we’re there for service recovery, and census recovery, and, like Batman, we often act as detectives, identifying and fixing what needs fixing-often times before the problem is even known to the organization. We’re not in this for glory or recognition, nor are we heroes in the traditional sense. Instead, we’re the silent guardians, the watchful protectors of our organizations. We’re the ones who work in the shadows, ensuring everything keeps running smoothly. We may not wear a cape, but we’re here to answer the call, day or night. This Halloween, here’s to the Dark Knights of Business Development who show up when it matters most. 🖤 #Halloween #BusinessDevelopment #BehavioralHealthcareHeroes #DarkKnight #WoodlandRecoveryCenter #SubstanceAbuseTreatment #Advocates

Few people would know the white glob at the bottom of the wooden box in the video is a marshmallow. The box is holding the Queen bee. 🐝 The marshmallow is blocking her escape. It’s a critical step in the beginnings of a new hive. Blocking her exit gives her the best chance of survival And provides the hive the best odds for Long term success. As worker bees are building comb & foundation Other workers are eating through the marshmallow To free the queen so she can begin laying eggs. The tactical pause preventing the Queen from starting work Ensures she doesn’t depart the hive before the foundation is ready Or fall to the bottom of the hive & freeze to death Before she has a spot to start working And being protected by the team Even in nature there’s a process for onboarding. Your sales team is no different. They need a support structure. The beginnings of the foundation have to be in place. Make sure *you* are ready before you release them to the wild.
