Good morning guys. I have a busy day ahead of me today and I wanted to let you all know that mortgage lenders and Realtors know that affordable housing is an issue. So we are, a few of us are meeting today, we know someone on the Landlock committee and so we are getting together with them to see. To talk about it and to see what we can do. So we know there's an issue with affordable housing and we know that there are things that need to change. And our goal is to try and figure out how to make those changes in our community so that first time home owners can become homeowners and that they don't have to rent. So if you're one of those people that's like, I can't afford to buy a home, I can't afford to buy a $300,000 house, or you're just not comfortable with paying that payment. Just know that we know that there is. People out there like that. We know that our town has a wide variety of incomes and we are trying to find a way to not remedy that situation, but to help everyone out. So, and I don't ever want you to think that home ownership is out of the realm of possibility for you. If this is something that you want to achieve, let's have a conversation about it because honestly, I want everyone in Glenn County and surrounding counties in Florida, South Carolina, really anywhere in the United States if they want to be a homeowner. I want you to be able to to achieve that goal. So call me today at 912-506-1307. And let's talk about you becoming a homeowner and how we can get you there. I hope you have a good one.
