🎈Exciting news for all Teams users! Microsoft just launched an incredible new feature – breakout rooms. This is especially beneficial for those of us continuously adapting to remote work and virtual meetings. 🦾💼 Breakout rooms in Microsoft Teams lets meeting organizers split main meetings into smaller groups. 🙋 Whether you're hosting a workshop, training session, or a classroom lecture, you can now facilitate smaller group discussions and brainstorming sessions. The best part? You, as an organizer, can hop in and out of these breakout rooms, bringing everyone back when it's time. If you're eager to try this feature, all you need to do is look for the breakout rooms icon at the top of your Teams meeting. Just remember, you need to be the meeting organizer to create breakout rooms and the current limit is 50 breakout rooms per meeting. Like always, a new feature can take up to 24 hours to appear on your Teams interface. Sharing ideas, collaboration, and efficiency just got a whole lot easier! 💡💫 Two important points to remember: 1. This is not a policy change, but a revolutionary new feature making team collaborations much easier in virtual settings. 💼👨
