Great session and grounded perspective today on Securing the future: The interplay of AI, cybersecurity and quantum computing from Dr Ken Urquhart, PhD of Zscaler and Steve Brierley CEO of Riverlane at the Tech.eu London Summit. Some take aways... - Be careful what you use GenAI for - it is very dangerous for applications that need 100% consistent accuracy. By its statistical probability nature it produces 'hallucinations' (a.k.a. errors) and drift (a.k.a having a different answer over time), and so needs to be used judiciously. - Current cryptography will be broken in the next few years - Do not delay investment in technology to protect your organisation's data in the Post Quantum era -you will delay, as there is always tomorrow and you already have another unrelated investment you want payback for. (I am sure some self -interest from Ken here, but still no reason to wait for forecasts to become actuals). - Your government has all the information available as to what you need to do. - Progress in Quantum computing is moving at pace, but will be additive to conventional computing for highly complex tasks. The future is galloping towards us. How much resource is your organisation deploying to workout how to use AI in your business or products? Your competitors will be.

Lol so when we think of quantum computing, what are we doing here?? Quantum...quanta...its inside the technology and human behavoir. Were building ourselves through our technology. Hence the cyberspace and computer vision. The light that put you on this earth is attached to a digital twin in our devices. The virtual worlds are different frequencies similar to a pandora algorithm, almost like different versions of your behavoir. So when we build a U.S. Cyber Space force, what are we anticipating, do we want to show people Machine Vision and Computer Vision, its interesting to see. Thats your mirror...quantum mirrror.
