With that, we are looking for a scrappy, results-driven problem solver who can lead both Castle’s D2C and B2B2C distribution strategies. Ideally, this person should be experienced with both SEO/SEM/social/performance marketing and also be comfortable brokering channel partnerships with contractors, insurers, lenders and utilities — you will cover a lot of ground! We’re looking for a player coach who’s not afraid of the 0→1 but around whom we can eventually build our growth team. Prior experience in residential real estate or with home brands/services is preferred but not required.
